- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Visited Harold Wood on a number of occasions, firstly, parking is great, seeing someone is very quick and the full time nurse (they only have one is amazing). However, I visited this place 2 more times in August both times I was completed mis-diagnosed, I have Acid Reflux and Hiatus Hernia, which also damaged my throat (lump in throat feeling 24/7). Both times they said I just had a scratchy throat go away. The staff who see you apart from the full time nurse, don’t really care, if your going to be like that don’t work as a nurse go work somewhere where you do not need to show care and compassion, simple. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The injury nurse needs to have some bedside manner training. Very rude, dismissive and condescending. The reception and X-ray nurse however were very nice and helpful. This is the first time I have used the clinic and would be reluctant to return.by DebJanuary 03, 2017
