- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've asked them to change my dog's passport and I've been told it will be done free of charge. When I came to collect it, there was grammar mistake as my name wasn't spelled correctly. Came back after some time to collect a passport again and been told that I now I have to pay £20 for passport as they had to get a new one because there was mistake. Despite, me trying to explain that it was my mistake I was told to pay £20 otherwise I wont get passport back. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Got seen within an hour, the vet worked within my buget and was really nice. Couldn't of ask for a better service. Waiting area was clean also had disability access lift, animal weighing scales in waiting area with dog treats and a water bowel down.by vicki JenningsJanuary 30, 2017
